Return & Exchange Policy

At Bridal Factory, every bangle is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of bridal jewellery and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we follow a strict exchange-only policy.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Our Responsibility)

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect (wrong item or color) due to an error from our side, you are eligible for a replacement only.

Conditions:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Refunds are not provided. Replacement only.

Size Exchange Policy

If an incorrect size is ordered, a size exchange may be allowed once per order, subject to:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Request raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer must pay ₹200 exchange shipping charges
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

Refunds are not provided for size-related issues.

Final approval for exchange rests with Bridal Factory.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Refused COD orders will be treated as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • Repeated refused COD orders may result in restriction of COD service for future purchases.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available across India.
  • Bridal Factory reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.
  • Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp.
  • Unverified or suspicious orders may be cancelled.
