At Bridal Factory, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return & No Refund Policy

  • Bridal Factory does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • We request customers to review product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

⚠️ Customized, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.

Order Confirmation Call (Within 24 Hours)

  • Our support team will contact you within 24 hours of order placement to confirm:
    • Product details
    • Size and color
    • Shipping address
  • Orders will be processed only after confirmation.
  • If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, the order may be put on hold or canceled.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for exchange
    • Product images (if requested)
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchange shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to a defect or incorrect product from our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • After verification, we will arrange an exchange only (no refunds).

Final Decision

  • All exchange approvals are at the sole discretion of Bridal Factory.
  • By placing an order, you agree to this No Refund, No Return, Exchange-Only Policy.
