Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS (if provided) to monitor your package in real-time.

Refused or Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If you refuse to accept a COD order without valid reason:

·        The order will be treated as RTO (Return to Origin).

·        Repeated refusals may result in suspension of COD facility.
